Pictured above are some of your members assembling laundry kits for the young adults, ages 18-26, in the Transitional Age Youth (TAY) program who are transitioning out of the foster-care system. In addition to supporting the youth at El Nido, your donations help us support 18-26 year-olds in the TAY Program by providing laundry kits, social activities, and $50 Target gift cards for the holidays.
Support the SYCAMORES’ Youth & community during the holiday season
Please support our efforts to make life at the El Nido campus a little more home-like during the holidays. Donations in November and December enable us to provide gifts for the El Nido youth and Transition Age Youth of Sycamores. Additionally, donations will support holiday fun through events like Thanksgiving dinner for the youth and their families at El Nido, cookie-decorating parties with caroling, a snow day, and off-campus activities over winter break. In many cases, these may be the only gifts that the youth receive during the holiday season—so any amount is appreciated.
